They’re common and come in all different shapes and sizes but when you get one on it’s own standing tall they make great subjects to work with.

Winter Polypore Thawing Morning Frost
The intended image was meant to be a frosty mushroom, but by the time I relocated the shroom, it had all melted in the morning sun.
Till the snow fell, I hadn’t quite managed to capture this Winter Polypore Mushroom in what looked like a winter setting. Even though the snow was melting, I think it really helped set the mood.
